200g of strawberries, hulled and chopped
200g of plain Greek yoghurt (soya or coconut yoghurt for vegans)
30g of either coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
40g of buckwheat flakes
30g of walnuts, chopped
80g of Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
20g of cocoa nibs
20g of buckwheat puffs
- Place all the ingredients in a container at night and mix apart from yoghurt and strawberries. Allow staying till the next day.
- Add the strawberries and yoghurt and serve at once
