Ingredients:

 

75 G Natural yogurt

Juice Of 1/4 of a lemon

1 Tsp. Coriander, sliced

1 Tsp. Ground turmeric

1/2 Tsp. darkened curry powder

100 G Cooked chicken, cut to bite-sized pieces

6 Walnut halves, finely chopped

1 Medjool date, finely chopped

20 G Crimson pumpkin, diced

1 Bird’s eye illuminates

40 Gram Rocket, to function

 

Directions:

 

  • Mix the lemon, carrot juice, spices, and coriander together in a bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients and serve on a bed of this rocket.
